Online Training in HPLC, Physicochemical Properties & Biomimetic Drug Discovery
The courses are hosted on the Bio-Mimetic Chromatography Thinkific learning platform and can be studied at the participant’s own pace.
The teaching material is based on shortened versions of courses I teach to MSc students in Drug Discovery and Management at the UCL School of Pharmacy and is designed particularly for medicinal chemists and other drug-discovery scientists who want to understand experimentally measured physicochemical and biomimetic property data.
After enrolling, participants have access to:
PowerPoint presentations with my recorded voice-over explanations
Downloadable PDF versions of the teaching material, which they can retain for future reference
Questions throughout the courses to check understanding and progress
Direct access to me through the learning platform for scientific questions and discussion
The emphasis is not simply on how the measurements are performed, but on what the data mean and how they can be used to select and design better candidate compounds during early drug discovery.

*There are additional courses available on the Thinkific platform. Visit the platform for current course catalogue and enrollment details.
In-Person & Company Training
In-person training can be organised for groups of a minimum of 10 participants.
Courses can be held at the Business & Technology Centre in Stevenage, or we can discuss training for company teams at their own site.
The courses are particularly suitable for medicinal chemists and multidisciplinary drug-discovery teams who generate or receive physicochemical and ADMET data but want a better understanding of how to interpret those measurements and use them in compound design and candidate-selection decisions.
Training can be tailored to the experience and requirements of the participating team and can cover HPLC fundamentals, physicochemical properties, biomimetic chromatography, ADMET interpretation and application of experimental data to early drug discovery.
